PC Home Decor – Replacement Policy

All products sold on PC Home Decor are brand new, handcrafted, and 100% genuine.

Our replacement policy covers customers against:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Completely different items received

Important Notes

  • All our products are handmade, so minor variations in design, color, or finish may occur.
  • We share product photos/videos before dispatch, and shipment is done only after customer approval.
  • Therefore, no disputes will be accepted for the same product after delivery.

Return / Exchange Eligibility

Most products are eligible for exchange only (no refunds), except items clearly marked as non-returnable.

  • Customers must raise a request within 2 days of delivery.
  • No cancellation is allowed once the order is placed.

General Replacement Conditions

Replacement will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Product is physically damaged during delivery
  • Product has missing parts or accessories
  • Product is defective
  • Product received is completely different from the order
  • Wrong product (miss-shipped item)

Mandatory Requirement

  • Unboxing video is compulsory to process any replacement request.

  • Mirror breakage: ₹200 compensation will be provided for repair (no replacement).
  • If proper unboxing video is not provided, customer must bear return shipping cost (if approved).
  • If your location is not serviceable by our logistics, customer must arrange return shipping.
